Dr Etienne Hugo is an Australian immigration lawyer who has worked exclusively in this field for the past six years. Before setting up an incorporated legal practice in 2006 (Teleo Group Pty Ltd), he was a senior associate lawyer in a leading Sydney based law firm specializing in Australian immigration law. He is a Law Society of New South Wales accredited specialist in immigration law (there are currently only 26 lawyers in NSW with specialist accreditation in this field) - http://www.lawsociety.com.au/Search/Query.aspx
He holds a Doctor of Laws (LLD) degree (Pret.) and is a solicitor of the High Court of Australia, and registered as an advocate of the High Court of South Africa.
He specializes in employer sponsored, skilled and business migration visas, but can assist with complex immigration matters and merits review applications following visa cancellation or refusal. As a practitioner in immigration law, he is also a registered migration agent (MARN: 0004435).
Dr Hugo is an adjunct lecturer at the Australian National University (ANU College of Law), where he teaches in a postgraduate program for migration agents.
